D-Or 1105

DESCRIPTION:

VI D-Or 1105 is a block solid and a star polymer HSD; It is an international leading polymer with excellent shear stability, and is high unified with low temperature performance, thickening ability and economy, which is at an advanced level.

CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Excellent shear stability: SSI is as low as about 5, which is 70% better than the widely used OCP and also ahead of other HSDs
  • Optimized low temperature performance and oil cost: CCSI can be as low as 55, which is about 50% better than OCP and 20% better than other HSD; The corresponding product oil CCS can reduce the mPa. S by about 1300/200, thereby greatly reducing the consumption of synthetic oil/VHVI base oil and greatly reducing the cost: Because of the minimal CCS, more heavy base oil can be added to the formulation, thus reducing the evaporation loss of internal combustion engine oil by 2-5%
  • Smaller dosage: the thickening ability is about 10% higher than that of OCP, and the dosage of sol is correspondingly reduced, which can save the cost of processing and storage
  • Lower boundary pumping viscosity: lower MRV viscosity of engine oil than contrast agent; And has good susceptibility to pour point depressant
  • It has good gel index, low temperature storage and use safety (no crystallization, stratification and turbidity of engine oil), and good compatibility and storage stability with solvent refined base oil, hydrogenated oil, synthetic oil and various additives
  • Especially suitable for SAE 0W-30/40, API CI-4 +/CK-4/FA-4/C3/C5, ACEA E6/E9 and above grade oil, ultra-long oil change period oil and hydraulic oil

CAUTION:

  • Use mixed oil sol of Class I oil and Class Il oil, the viscosity of base oil at 100 °C is about 5.5mm2/s, and the concentration of dry rubber is 5-12%
  • Fully dissolve at that temperature of between 135 and 145 ̊C and at the rotating speed of between 80 and 100rpm through three-layer stir and mechanical stirring for 5 to 10 hours, the viscosity error at 100 °C is 2.3%
  • Liquid glue canning shall be filtered with a filter of more than 200 mesh (74 um)
